Job Responsibilities

• Onboard farmers as per company policy.
• Collect all the relevant information (Farmers name, phone number, address, product name, amount etc) as per guidelines.
• Prepare and share daily farmers details collection reports with the concerned department.
• Traveling throughout the assigned territories to complete all the tasks
• Maintaining solid working relationships with suppliers & buyers & visiting them properly to complete necessary tasks.
• Prepare & send daily & monthly reports on time.
• Source & onboard new suppliers.
• Meeting sales targets to increase revenue
• Discover sales opportunities for new products.
• Monitor daily activities of collection centers.
• Other works assigned by management.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC Pass
• Tech Savvy
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills include prioritizing, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and time management.
