Job Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Territory Office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan for optimum Retail & Farmer’s extension and effective coverage. Actively participate in route planning within the territory.
- Follow up on the lifting plan of IFC’s & Farmer’s. Prepare and implement retail and wholesale-specific execution plans.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated area.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the agri input sector within the assigned area.
- Audit the activities and performance of the sales team under his supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales.
- The applicants have experience in following business areas; Agro based firms (incl. agro processing/seed/GM) will given preferences.
