The Business Analyst for Output Operations (Agri Output Product Supply Chain) is a pivotal role responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic decision-making within the supply chain. The role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including Growth, Data, Operations, Product Development, and Integration. This position plays a crucial role in data collection, price trend analysis, and the implementation of strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data related to price trends, inventory, and supply chain performance.
Conduct secondary research to track market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks.
Use analytical models and forecasting tools to project inventory needs and align with sales demand and investment strategies.
Work closely with the VP of Supply Chain to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop, update, and manage dashboards and reports to monitor key supply chain KPIs and operational metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Data, and Operations, to align business objectives with supply chain strategies.
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest data-backed improvements to optimize operational performance.
Support strategic planning and decision-making with timely insights and trend analysis.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain analytics, agribusiness, or a relevant domain.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
Experience in cleaning, interpreting, and visualizing large datasets.
Familiarity with statistical methods, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
Understanding of supply chain processes, inventory planning, and price trend analysis.
Analytical & Research Skills
Ability to conduct secondary research on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks.
Strong problem-solving and quantitative reasoning abilities.
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems.
Collaboration & Communication
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Growth, Data, Operations).
Strong communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
Ability to work closely with senior management, including the VP of Supply Chain.
Business & Strategic Insight
Understanding of agricultural markets, pricing structures, and investment planning (preferred).
Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven strategies.
