Role Overview:

The Executive – plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the farmer
financing portfolio. This includes supporting recovery operations, maintaining accurate data and
reporting, coordinating disbursements, assisting field teams, and collaborating with
cross-functional teams. The role demands strict adherence to deadlines, operational accuracy,
and proactive support to improve efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recovery & Portfolio Management

  • Ensure daily recovery of farmer loans in line with monthly targets.

  • Track due, overdue, and upcoming recoveries and coordinate with field teams for timely collection.

  • Support recovery campaigns and special initiatives as directed.

  • Assist in tracking farmer repayment behavior and identifying potential defaulters.

  1. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated datasets for financing, recovery, and portfolio
    performance.

  • Conduct data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and discrepancies.

  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with management.

  • Ensure 100% accurate reporting within deadlines.

  1. System & iCore Management

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in iCore and other operational systems.

  • Ensure proper daily project addition, update, and closure in the system.

  • Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal SOPs.

  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation as required.

  1. Bank Financing & Disbursement Tracking

  • Monitor bank financing disbursement status and provide timely updates.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and banks to resolve delays.

  • Share disbursement information with field teams to support execution.

  • Assist in preparation and verification of documentation for disbursements.

  1. Field Operations & Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to field teams.

  • Share recovery status, updates, and operational instructions with field teams.

  • Assist field teams in resolving operational challenges.

  • Help in farmer engagement activities, such as awareness campaigns, training
    schedules, and input distribution tracking.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other teams (Finance, Procurement, Product, and Monitoring) to share accurate operational information.

  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives by providing relevant data and insights.

  • Maintain strict adherence to deadlines while supporting multiple teams simultaneously.

  1. Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in audit preparation and documentation related to recovery and disbursement.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Understanding of farmer financing / microfinance operations

  • Proficiency in ERP/iCore or similar systems

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Effective communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agriculture, or related field

Experience

  • 0–2 years in operations, recovery, or financing support roles (experience in agriculture or microfinance preferred)
