Job Overview
The Executive – People & Culture will support the effective execution of compensation and benefits, payroll administration, HR planning, budgeting, labor law compliance, and employee data management. The role will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain HR records, support HRIS operations, and contribute to developing competitive compensation and benefits practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
What You’ll Do:
Compensation & Benefits
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and benefits records for payroll processing.
- Assist in preparing monthly salary sheets and payroll-related reports.
- Coordinate with benefit vendors and ensure accurate benefit administration.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data, and prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for management review.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
- Support payroll digitization and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare employee documents, including increment, promotion, confirmation, salary certificates, and NOCs.
HR Planning & Budgeting
- Support manpower planning and HR budgeting activities.
- Assist in preparing workforce-related reports and HR metrics.
Labor Law & Compliance
- Ensure HR records and practices comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR compliance audits and maintain statutory documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
- Basic understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRIS.
- Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

- Salary: BDT 25,000 – 30,000/-
