Job Overview
As an Intern – Farmer Financing Operations, you will work closely with our Farmer Financing Operations (FFO) team to understand and improve the end-to-end customer journey for farmers. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in customer experience (CX), research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to meaningful initiatives in Bangladesh's agri-fintech ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in mapping the end-to-end customer journey for farmers across the agricultural value chain.
Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and field observations to understand customer needs, pain points, and expectations.
Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
Support the planning and execution of customer engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Business Development, and Field Teams to improve the customer experience.
Prepare customer journey maps, process documentation, presentations, and reports.
Monitor customer engagement metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement activities.
Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
What We’re Looking For:
Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Interest in agriculture, rural development, fintech, or customer experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience with data analysis.
Basic understanding of Customer Experience (CX) or customer journey mapping.
Familiarity with survey tools and data visualization is an added advantage.
