Role Overview
The Community & Product Growth Intern will support the Product Team in product research, requirement preparation, feature development, testing and performance analysis.
This is a 3-month internship for fresh graduates or early-career candidates interested in Product Management. Strong performers may be considered for a permanent Associate Product Owner role after the internship.
What You’ll Do:
Support user, market and competitor research.
Assist in preparing product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and product discussions.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering, QA, Data and Business teams.
Conduct feature testing, UAT and identify usability or workflow issues.
Track basic product metrics, user feedback and feature adoption.
Gradually take ownership of smaller features and product improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
Education: Undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, Communication, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Basic social media management, content writing, Canva/Figma, and MS Excel.
Digital Tools: Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and presentation tools.
