The Role
The Sales Representatives will be a key player in driving our company's revenue by focusing on high volume sales, developing and executing strategic sales plans while maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. They will leverage their extensive experience to identify new opportunities, close deals and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Negotiation and Closing of Sales: Lead negotiations with clients and close deals that are mutually beneficial.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Contribute to implementing sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
- Drive Sales Growth: Lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
