We are seeking a full-time engineer to join our engineering team, who will be responsible for developing Indus Action's next-gen platform.

You will shape the company’s current and future product development by converting the product roadmap into a reality. You must be passionate about tackling complex challenges faced byproduct development organizations.

Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure transparency.
Oversee the development and implementation of Python and React.js applications, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to project scope and schedule.
Ensure high-quality project deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and learning.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
Support the transition of projects from development to production, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness.

● Minimum Graduation Degree In B.E./B.Tech/BCA
● Background in Python required
● Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on managing Python and React.js projects.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise project documentation.
Experience working in 0-1 stage companies, with a track record of successfully delivering projects in a startup environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams effectively and stakeholders.
Experience with AWS, DevOps, familiarity with other front-end and back-end technologies is preferred

The Technology Manager will be compensated based on the Indus Action‘s compensation benchmarking rubric. The maximum compensation will be 13.5 LPA, depending on qualifications, experience, and role fitment.
