We are seeking a full-time product manager to join our technology team, who will be responsible for developing Indus Action's next-gen platform.
We’re looking for exceptional candidates who are excited about the opportunity to build a next-generation CivicTech and GovTech. The incumbent should be passionate about building awesome products by utilizing cutting-edge technologies, which in turn creates value for citizens nationally.
You will shape the company’s current and future product development by converting the product roadmap into a reality. You must be passionate about tackling complex challenges faced byproduct development organizations.
The technology team at Indus Action is agile and small, and everyone gets an opportunity to have their hands on multiple products and technologies, while simultaneously finding areas to focus on more closely over time.

Product Strategy and Vision
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission and goals.
Conduct market research and user needs analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
Product Development and Management
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data, to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and organizational priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profits, and community organizations, to gather requirements and feedback.
Present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
User Experience and Design
Advocate for a user-centric approach in all product decisions, ensuring that products are accessible, inclusive, and easy to use.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure the impact of product changes.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and user satisfaction.
Project Management
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful product launches.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact product delivery.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in CivicTech and product management.

We believe that reaching our vision demands that we have the best and brightest group of leaders working to lead our organization. Here are the minimum qualifications we look for:
● Minimum educational qualification should be B.E./B.Tech/BCA
● Background in Product Management
● Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
The Technology Manager will be compensated based on the Indus Action ‘s compensation bench marking rubric. The maximum compensation will be 13.5 LPA, depending on qualifications, experience, and role fitment.
