The Support Engineer provides first and second-line technical support for Jacaranda Health's digital platforms, primarily PROMPTS. The role ensures platform reliability, rapid incident resolution, and cross-team coordination. The engineer will work with Product, Quality Assurance, and Country teams, the engineer supports deployments, improves operations, and reduces production risk as systems scale globally.
