Kalibrr is looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional to join the Kalibrr Enterprise team (our SaaS division) to grow platform adoption through new customer acquisition. This is a hands-on, high execution role which requires outstanding business skills to sell into Fortune 1,000 companies, become a true partner to our largest clients, and bring their feedback to the broader team to improve our product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Kalibrr and the potential that we have to transform organisations through new talents. This role is based in Manila and reports to the Sr. Manager of Revenue
Responsibilities:
- Help build the enterprise client base in the Philippines, one of the top countries globally for Kalibrr
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to working with HR and IT to structuring deals and guide them through product implementation
- Navigate short and long-term sales cycles across multiple lines of business & departments within an organisation
- Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and structure commercial agreements
- Support our partners to ensure success across the ecosystem
- Deep product expertise, understanding of the communications and collaboration landscape to sell a vision for how companies can change the way they hire and build phenomenal teams
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners including Client Success, Growth, Product and other teams
