The Opportunity

Looking for a passionate on field person to deliver day to day advisory services to farmers at a globally recognized Agri-tech startup.

Job Type: Full Time, Entry-Level

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Reporting to: Team Lead - CS

Language Known : Odiya

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for farmers - Take control of Inbound calls, listen, understand, and log their issues

  • Turn problems into action by creating and assigning cases to the right teams

  • Drive closure by following up and ensuring issues are resolved on time

  • Stay close to the ground by collecting harvest data from farmers- Outbound calls

  • Keep everything accurately updated so no farmer request gets lost

We're looking for a mission-driven individual who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of smallholder farmers. The ideal candidate thrives in farmer management, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and is excited to be part of a high-impact startup tackling climate change through agriculture.

Must-Haves

  • Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture

  • Knowledge on horticulture/crop management

  • Good communicator

  • Comfortable with data management

Nice-to-Haves

  • Go-getter attitude - Someone who delivers on what they say they will do and who will do everything needed to fulfil the need of the customer

  • Farmer centricity - someone who can easily make rapport with rural people

  • Listening - someone who is patient and can listen to customers in any situation.

Not a Fit

  • Lacks basic understanding of horticulture or crop management

  • Lacks passion for innovation in agriculture or unwilling to adopt new technologies
