What you will do
Drive sales in zone and achieve sales target set for each cluster in the zone
Conduct sales pitch meetings to enroll farmers in Kheyti’s programs and meet enrollment targets
Train and coach the sales team, supporting in expanding the sales activity
Identify and onboard dealers to strengthen Kheyti’s sales capacity
Support team in owning up P&L and preparing reports on performance of cluster
Thinking on new strategies to improve the sales in all the clusters of the zone
Working closely with farmers in rural areas and show a active interest in providing the services
Ideal persona
Qualifications
5+ years experience in sales, preferably rural sales
2+ year experience in leading a team
Willingness to live and work in rural India
Any Bachelor Degree from a recognized Institute
