Manage the end-to-end hiring process for field staff recruitment in sales and service
Work closely with leadership team and cluster heads to get hiring requirements
Work with central HR team to create and maintain all necessary docs related to hiring and onboarding, including JDs
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Create relationships with campuses for campus recruitment and internships
Screen candidates' resumes, perform pre-screening calls and coordinate all steps of hiring process with operations team
Provide periodic reports on hiring to leadership and operations managers
Use Application Tracking System and HRIS like ZOHO to maintain hiring records, employee Database and records
