Senior Manager-Indirect Sales

Looking for a experienced sales professional to manage the Indirect sales & partnership at a globally recognized Agri-tech startup

What you will do

  • Develop and implement initiatives with NGOs & CSRs to achieve organizational targets. 

  • Make business proposals, presentations to get funds from NGOs & CSRs

  • Build awesome relationships with partners (NGOs,CSRs,Start-ups) to get recurring business. 

  • Develop talent within the team by providing coaching and support to achieve stretch targets.

  • Manage the team on a daily basis by resolving issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team.

  • Data based decision making & daily reporting.  

  • Lead team from the front with servant leadership skills & coaching

Ideal persona


  • 2 Years working experience with CSR/NGO

  • Field-Readiness

  • Willing to Travel 3 weeks per month in Rural India


  • Ability to be creative and think on their feet while dealing with partners

  • Willingness to be on the ground along with the front-line staff

  • Mindset of servant leadership and wanting to invest time in coaching reportees
