What you will do
Complete ownership of the entire Sales & operations of the region
Implementation of Org Strategy in the region
Leading and coaching sales, installation, and service teams
Achieving business goals for the region like sales installation & Farmer Success
Own the P&L by ensuring prices, CAC, Service & other costs are as per budget.
Ensuring all the Farmer Success Metrics are achieved and get a 100% customer satisfaction rate & NPS Goal
Collaborating with external partners to smooth execution of Indirect business
Collaboration & Relationship cultivation with internal stakeholders
Weekly review meeting with the team to check progress on success metrics, and take corrective action wherever required
Timely reporting to the leadership team on progress and next steps
Coach and develop team members to achieve their professional success
Conflict resolution & Risk management
Ideal persona
Qualifications
Bachelor in agriculture/rural development (Preferably MBA)
3 to 5 Years rural working experience
3+ years team management experience
Attitudes / Ambitions
Mission driven - excited about making a difference in the lives of smallholder farmers in the age of climate change
Customer Centricity
Data-Driven & Complete ownership of the region
