What you will do

• Implement Kheyti’s product and service innovation roadmaps for core nethouse product, add-on products, and new services for farmer success
  

• Explore, evaluate and develop initiatives across Kheyti’s products and services
  

• Conduct field/farm visits across India and engage in conversations with Kheyti Team to understand crop requirements, farmer needs, service needs, climatic conditions
  

• Support with crops R&D, protocol building, and new revenue lines to be added for farmer and organizational value
  

• Outline key product and service requirements, design criteria, engineering specifications, and team metrics
  

• Validate ideas through on-field testing, software simulation, services models
  

• Create SOPs and key documentation for the product and services (QA/QC, compliance and regulatory, etc.)
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• 4+ Years experience in hardware product design and/or service design
  

• Master’s Degree in product design & development or service design
  

• Experience in structural engineering or other relevant specialization is a plus
  

Attitudes / Ambitions

• Proficiency in managing diverse projects and teams concurrently
