Growth Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Generalist to act as the central hub between the VP of Growth and cross-functional teams. This role will facilitate collaboration, drive data analysis, and support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue and operational efficiency.

What you will do

  • Act as a communication bridge between cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring alignment on key strategic initiatives.

  • Maintain and organize business & Operations data by collaborating with the Data team and field teams to improve data accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to support data-driven decision-making and optimize organizational strategies across functions.

  • Evaluate and streamline the process by working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements and automation tools.

  • Conduct action research to deepen understanding of customer archetypes, their purchasing behavior, and potential market opportunities.

  • Lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives while optimizing processes to enhance productivity.

  • Identify key market trends and opportunities, providing insights to inform strategic growth initiatives and enhance competitive positioning.


Ideal persona

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.

  • 4-5 years experience in growth roles, strategy, business analysis, or executive-level coordination.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools & building Dashboards

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
