This is a remote position.
Create a Brand Vision, and execute roadmap to achieve it: Become the lead champion for Kheyti’s brand, developing an identity with corresponding messaging, visual, and channel elements; and invest to drive awareness among relevant stakeholders.
Design end-to-end Marketing Strategy and Action plan: Strategize with CEO & Growth leaders to develop a marketing plan, including a tailored roadmap and tactics to acquire farmers in our rural markets, engage and mobilize channel partners, and drive participation from government players.
Optimize Growth Marketing Engine: Manage lead conversion funnel, refining each stage (from top to bottom) to drive maximum conversion rates of small farmers into sales-qualified leads / purchases.
Formalize Performance Tracking / Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Marketing efforts and initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire our marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
