Craft and execute Kheyti’s HR strategy: Co-create strategy with leadership team, aligned to larger organizational priorities; take full ownership of executing this strategy, becoming the ‘go-to’ leader for all things HR-related
Build and lead our recruitment team: Build, coach, and lead our HR team into a streamlined hiring engine, helping achieve our ambitious growth plans
Hire & build a central L&D function: Work with business / field leaders to integrate training, coaching, rituals, and manager effectiveness, enhancing org-wide skills and performance
Live and disseminate Kheyti’s culture: Serve as the culture champion, building a value-aligned environment where our team is excited to work
Improve employee engagement: Collect feedback and implement suggestions to increase morale & efficiency.
