Kheyti is an agri-tech startup that helps smallholder farmers battle climate change. We design and deliver low-cost, tech-enabled solutions to boost incomes and build resilience for farmers across India. We exist to increase incomes for farmers affected by climate. Our goal is to make climate-smart agriculture accessible at scale.


The Opportunity

Seeking a strategic, analytical, and resourceful thinker with a “get things done” mindset, excited about working in a fast-growing AgriTech startup to transform small farmers' lives in India. This role will work with the CEO & Senior Leadership to help drive Kheyti’s most critical priorities, including coordinating executive operations and taking strategic projects from zero to one.

Location: Hyderabad/Remote option available

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Kheyti is driving towards it vision: Design project trackers and KPI dashboards to monitor progress of critical projects and objectives; & when required, lean in to support cross-functional teams in driving effective execution and timely achievement

  • Add leverage to high-priority and strategic tasks: Support information synthesis, data analysis, material building, and formal writing for key external stakeholders (funders, board of directors, etc.)

  • Be the CEO’s partner to streamline Executive Operations: Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, address project blockers, and ensure follow through

  • Own, lead, and operate mission-critical projects: See projects from concept, to strategy development, to field execution: including research, building business cases, and launching pilot programs. Sample projects under CEO purview (all essential for Kheyti’s scale ambitions) include designing a model for farmer access to financing; optimizing integration of data in growth & marketing functions; and building a government relations strategy

You take ownership end-to-end, proactively remove roadblocks, and ensure follow-through on what matters most. Above all, you are driven by the opportunity to create meaningful impact and accelerate Kheyti’s journey toward scale.


Must-Haves

  • 2-4 years in roles requiring analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, & project management

  • Exceptional English communication skills for proposals, reports, and stakeholder interactions

  • Proficiency in productivity / collaboration tools, and adept at learning new systems and technologies

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field


Nice-to-Haves

  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, unstructured environments and managing cross-functional projects with high accountability.

  • Exposure to agri-tech, rural development, or social impact sectors


Not a Fit

  • You prefer working with direction rather than creating structure, momentum, and accountability from scratch
