The Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to shape Kheyti’s talent engine at a critical stage of growth. You will work closely with senior leadership, influence hiring decisions across the organization, and build scalable recruitment processes that support our mission of impacting farmers at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for field, HQ, and leadership roles.
Partner with senior leadership to identify, forecast, and plan talent needs aligned with business goals.
Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple roles and geographies.
Lead job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure for assigned roles.
Advise hiring managers and leaders on recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and realistic hiring expectations.
Facilitate structured interview processes and ensure fair, consistent, and high-quality candidate assessments.
Support employer branding initiatives by collaborating on recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and outreach efforts.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and relevant employment laws.

Must-Haves
5–10 years of progressive, full-cycle recruitment experience.
Proven experience hiring for mid to senior leadership and executive-level roles.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Zoho and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously across different functions and locations.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience hiring for roles in agri-tech, agriculture, rural development, or allied industries.
Exposure to recruiting for field-heavy, distributed, or mission-driven organizations.
