The Opportunity

Looking for dedicated young minds to manage the warehouse in Kheyti farmer clusters and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations while supporting last-mile delivery to farmers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations
  

• Oversee inventory, stock counts, and BIN system
  

• Ensure safe, compliant storage and dispatch
  

• Optimize space and operational efficiency
  

• Coordinate with teams for timely deliveries
  

• Use Excel/ERP tools for tracking and reporting.
  

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, is hands-on with inventory management and stock control,and willing to work on-ground while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Must-Haves

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse.
  

• Experience handling inventory, stock control, and warehouse operations
  

• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  

• Willingness to travel at least once a month to other states
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with inventory management systems like Zoho or Tally
  

• Exposure to process improvement or Kaizen initiatives
  

• Experience in agriculture, rural supply chains, or field operations.
  

Not a Fit

• Candidates looking for purely desk-based roles
  

• Lack of hands-on warehouse or inventory experience
  

• Unwillingness to work in field or warehouse environments.
