We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Field Officer to drive the execution of government projects. You will be responsible for implementation covering sales, installation, and ensuring smooth project delivery while maintaining strong coordination on-ground. This role demands frequent travel as per project requirements, strong execution skills, and the ability to build trust with farmers

Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth on-ground implementation of government projects including installation, service, and field operations.
Conduct awareness meetings and demonstrations to generate farmer leads and drive sales conversions.
Build strong relationships with farmers, provide continuous support, and ensure satisfaction through after-sales service.
Act as a bridge between internal teams, government officials, and community stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate field records, track progress, and share timely reports and insights with the project team.
Ideal Candidate
You are a project-focused professional who thrives on execution and on-ground problem solving. You have the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered seamlessly. You take ownership of your work—from supporting government projects and overseeing sales to managing installations and ensuring smooth completion as per requirements.
Must-Haves
2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, and project executions
coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Graduate or Postgraduate in, Agriculture, or related fields.
Flexible to relocate based on the project
Nice-to-Haves
Knowledge of agriculture, rural development, or agri-tech solutions.
Experience in farmer training or community engagement.
Familiarity with basic installation/technical processes in agri projects.
Fluency in local languages along with English.
