The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Installation to lead and manage procurement and installation projects of greenhouses. This is a chance to be at the forefront of impactful, globally supported initiatives while working directly with farmers and stakeholders on the ground.

Reporting to: State Head
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement planning and vendor coordination for greenhouse installation projects.
Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of greenhouse structures.
Lead farmers through the process of adoption and ensure smooth handover.
Maintain GH inventory across warehouses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and efficient project execution.
Prepare monitoring and progress reports.
Willingness to travel frequently across districts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You are a high-agency professional with deep experience in agriculture, specifically in managing large-scale field projects such as drip irrigation or greenhouse installations. You thrive on solving complex operational challenges, driving clarity amidst ambiguity, and ensuring smooth execution on the ground. You take ownership end-to-end, proactively remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of critical projects.
Must-Haves
5+ years’ experience in drip irrigation, agriculture, GH installation, or related industries
Proven experience in handling large-scale installation projects in rural India
Ability to work in challenging field conditions
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel extensively and stay in field locations as per project needs
Nice to have
Exposure to farmer engagement and training programs
Prior experience in startups or high-growth organizations
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic project requirement
Ability to communicate in multiple regional languages
Strong data management and reporting skills
