Your Role
As a fuel depot clerk, you will be responsible for fuel receipt into partner stations ensuring process compliance and accurate log of records as per set standard operating procedures. You will closely work with the quality team in getting samples from all the network hardware in the chain to live by our customer promise of maximum fuel uptime and quality.

What You Will Do

  • Take part in fuel receipt at depot and coordinate inbound processes with our fuel partner
  • Support in accounting for all fuel movements across the network network hardware to ensure stock gains/losses are within accepted standards to minimise losses
  • Ensure that all relevant procedures, SOPs and routines are followed and adhered to in line with the company policy, procedures and requirements
  • Coordinate periodic stock reconciliations with warehouse and finance teams
  • Continuously identify needs for improvement by conveying feedback to the line manager and escalation of stock related issues in efforts to maintain high quality work standards
  • Any other tasks as assigned by your supervisor
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional conduct and engagements
  • Ensure adherence to respective Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures

What You Will Bring to KOKO

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field
  • Work or internship experience in oil and gas or a related industry handling liquid products
  • Basic stock taking procedures and knowledge
  • Ability to adapt in a highly technological environment
  • Must be flexible with patterns of shift
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent organisational skills
  • A team player able to work effectively with others and independently with minimal supervision
