Your Role
As Hardware Planning Assistant, you will play a key role to ensure Agent Shops remain stocked with cookers and canisters at all times. You will work closely with KOKO’s Commercial, Operations, and Engineering teams to drive optimal use of resources and related technology tools and software for timely, safe and error free deliveries.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for day to day planning and delivery of KOKO Points, Cookers, Canisters and other hardware into the network
  • Ensure good work management of provided work orders, instructions and schedules to meet daily targets and maintain high quality outputs
  • Ensure effective and prompt communication to delivery clerks and drivers to ensure a smooth running of day-to-day operations, including timely feedback and resolution of field incidents and other issues as reported
  • Manage documentation of respective processes and systems while maintaining high levels of standards and accuracy
  • Continuously identify needs for improvement in planning tools and processes by conveying them to the line manager and/or engineering team to maintain high-quality work standards
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional conduct and engagements
  • Ensure adherence to respective Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures

What You Will Bring to KOKO

  • A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
  • 1 year experience in a busy planning setup or heavy logistics role
  • Ability to adapt in a highly technological environment
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A team player able to work effectively with others and independently with minimal supervision
