Your Role:
As an Analyst, Incentives and Commissions at KOKO Networks, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing performance-based incentive programs for the commercial team and key stakeholders, including KOKO Agents. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring accurate and transparent incentive calculations, fostering motivation, and driving the achievement of strategic business goals.
