Remote with extensive travel, Fluency in Hindi and English, Gujarati (added benefit)
Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Labhya's Manmanjari Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) program in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas of Gujarat (KGBVs). Blends program management, cross-team coordination, government partnerships, and data-driven learning to ensure high-quality implementation and continuous evolution at scale.
Role Expectations
*All the below-mentioned tasks would be key to your role. The following requirements are not mentioned in order of priority.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the program, ensuring sessions are delivered consistently and effectively across districts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage the rollout of curriculum, digital content, and supporting materials across KGBVs.
- Track implementation metrics & timelines, participation trends, platform engagement, identify bottlenecks, and resolve operational challenges as well as understand program performance across KGBVs.
- Lead processes such as daily debrief reviews, observation synthesis, and field insights to identify emerging challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate on-ground insights and data into actionable recommendations for program improvement and scale.
- Prepare regular updates, presentations, and reports to share program progress, insights, and outcomes with government partners.
- Coordinate orientation and work closely with state government stakeholders, district officials, and KGBV wardens to support program adoption and smooth implementation/delivery.
- Collaborate with Labhya's curriculum, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment between program design, implementation realities, and system improvements to strengthen the program.
- Synthesize insights from monitoring data, stakeholder feedback, and student responses to identify early learning signals and implementation learnings.
- Develop clear documentation of processes, insights, and improvements to strengthen program design and future scaling efforts.
- Support the development of reports, presentations, and knowledge products that capture the program's learnings and impact.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Program Design, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience & interest in education, teacher training and mental health as well as government relations, curriculum and leading program implementation to create maximum impact.
- At least 3-5+ years of on-ground experience with government systems, education programs, or large-scale social impact initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines in fast-moving environments.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms).
- Fluent in Gujarati (preferred), Hindi and English
- Strong interest in Social Emotional Learning (SEL), mental health, and psychosocial development.
- A self-starter who acts with urgency and can find effective solutions to complex challenges.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and excited by working with large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and being on-ground to support Labhya's programs and research.
- Open to experimentation, learning, and collaboration in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and coordination skills.
