Strengthen Labhya's digital presence through analytics, website management, and insight-driven strategy. This role combines data and storytelling to improve communication effectiveness and enable informed decision-making.
Role Expectations
*All the below-mentioned tasks would be key to your role. The following requirements are not mentioned in order of priority.
Website Management
- Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of Labhya Website, including vendor management, routine updates, and documentation of maintenance processes.
- Execute website content updates and basic structural optimization to improve clarity, accessibility, and user engagement.
- Conduct regular and consistent website audits to identify low-engagement pages, content gaps, and usability issues.
Data Analytics
- Track and analyze monthly and quarterly performance data across the Labhya website and social media platforms.
- Prepare structured monthly and quarterly analytics reports for internal review and discussion, and communication strategies and workshops
- Maintain analytics dashboards and trackers using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and spreadsheets.
- Implement baseline SEO best practices across website content, including meta tags, internal linking, page structure, and basic keyword placement.
- Conduct fundamental SEO checks to ensure searchability and indexing health (advanced SEO strategy is not required).
Strategy
- Support communications and brand audits, including reviews of messaging consistency, Labhya's USP, tone, content mix, and alignment across platforms.
- Develop and execute innovative communication and social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist in identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in Labhya's communications.
- Support the development of communications strategy decks by compiling research and structuring slides.
- Collaborate with content, design, audiovisual, and other teams to ensure timely execution of tasks, updates, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, trackers, and outputs to ensure continuity and consistency.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of full-time professional experience in communications, digital analytics, website management, or related roles.
