Delhi/Remote (with frequent travel), Fluency in English & Hindi

Create compelling multimedia content that brings Labhya's work and impact to life. The role focuses on translating programs and field realities into engaging audio-visual stories, combining creativity with strong execution.

Role Expectations

*All the below-mentioned tasks would be key to your role. The following requirements are not mentioned in order of priority.

• Translate Labhya's program and information material into creative and high quality multimedia content, for example, videos, photo stories, short films, and documentaries for various projects.
• Delivering high quality videos with good sense of creativity, musicality, pacing, transitions and clean color grading

• Develop an overall audio-visual brand messaging strategy for our organization.

• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video production - during pre production, production and post production.
• Capture high quality storytelling photographs that resonates with Labhya's mission.

• Work both on and off-site to deliver the best quality work within set deadlines.

• The role also includes regular travels to different states across India

• Work extensively with our communications team to ideate and execute each deliverable.

• Regularly managing and updating cloud repositories for all footages and pictures.

• Creating general and project-specific content for social media platforms as and when required.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in professional photography and videography, either with an organization or as an independent creator. Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Characteristics

• Working knowledge of tools such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Experience in video editing with a strong focus on storytelling and motion graphics.

• Familiarity with scriptwriting, directing, and end-to-end production processes.

• Strong understanding of videography and photography fundamentals, including framing, lighting, and composition.

• Creative storyteller with an eye for detail and visual narrative.

• Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve technical and creative skills.
• Able to work collaboratively while being respectful and inclusive of diverse perspectives.

• Conscientious, disciplined, and rigorous in execution.

• Open to giving and receiving feedback constructively.

• Strong relationship management skills and ability to track progress systematically.

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with travel requirements.
