Own and orchestrate Labhya's fundraising function end-to-end, ensuring strong systems, seamless execution, and no loss of follow-through across donor relationships and processes. Build robust processes to deliver high-quality fundraising outcomes, compliance, and institutional readiness.

Role Expectations

*All the below-mentioned tasks would be key to your role. The following requirements are not mentioned in order of priority.

  • Own and anchor Labhya's fundraising vertical, ensuring end-to-end execution across donor pipelines, grant applications, reporting, compliance, and engagement with no loss of follow-through
  • Drive strong cross-functional coordination across program, research, communications, finance, and leadership to deliver high-quality fundraising outcomes
  • Build and institutionalise robust systems, processes, and operating rhythms including tracking tools, documentation standards, and knowledge repositories
  • Ensure organisational readiness for funder engagement, due diligence, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain continuity across all fundraising threads, ensuring no commitments, relationships, or deadlines are missed
  • Strengthen Labhya's institutional positioning through clear storytelling, impact synthesis, and high-quality communication materials
  • Manage and coordinate team members contributing to fundraising workstreams, building accountability for timely and high-quality delivery
  • Review and ensure quality across proposals, reports, and donor communication outputs
  • Facilitate donor engagement processes including coordination of meetings and field visits

Experience

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in roles involving high ownership, ambiguity, and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Have previously led teams independently and build systems where none exist

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, multi-stakeholder initiatives simultaneously and string project management capability
  • Exposure to philanthropy, fundraising, development sector partnerships, or impact organisations
  • Experience managing grant cycles, donor reporting, or due diligence processes

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or knowledge management systems
  • Experience synthesizing research or analyzing organisational strategies Demonstrated ability to manage teams or cross-functional contributors
