Serve as the operational backbone of the Communications team, ensuring that priorities are translated into clear plans, workflows, and execution mechanisms. Enable the team to manage multiple synchronous initiatives, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, improve visibility on progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact communications projects across internal and external stakeholders.
Role Expectations

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and tracking of communications projects, ensuring timely delivery across multiple concurrent priorities
Develop and manage project plans, workback schedules, trackers, and workflows to improve team efficiency and visibility
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines, expectations, dependencies, and deliverables
Manage the intake, prioritization, and allocation of communication requests based on organizational priorities and team capacity
Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively drive solutions to ensure smooth execution
Strengthen operational systems and processes within the Communications team to improve collaboration, accountability, and effectiveness
Facilitate regular team planning and review processes, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through on commitments
Support resource planning and workload management to optimize team capacity across ongoing and emerging initiatives
Prepare project updates, dashboards, reports, and status summaries to support decision-making and leadership visibility
Drive cross-functional collaboration by ensuring seamless coordination between the Communications team and other departments across the organization
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or master's degree in any field
Experience
5 + years of full-time professional experience in communications, marketing, consulting, management or related roles
Minimum 4 years of experience in managing high stakes projects involving various stakeholders and team members
Characteristics
Strong project planning and management skills with expertise on building trackers, dashboards
Proactive, solution-oriented, values creativity and able to anticipate needs and challenges of team and projects
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Reliable, structured, and consistent in managing workflows and meeting timelines
