Anchor and build Labhya's cross-functional initiative with leaders of program, training, and data coming together to ensure student impact through high quality program design and implementation. Build and manage the systems and rhythms that make a large, diverse team perform consistently, and enable the people within it to do their best work.

Role Expectations

*All the below-mentioned tasks will be key to your specific role. The following requirements are not mentioned in order of priority.

  • Own and anchor the cross-functional initiative with leaders from across curriculum design, training, data, EdTech, research and learning towards co-owning impact and problem solving.

  • Build and institutionalise the operating rhythm of the initiative, including systems, tracking tools, review cadences, and documentation standards that enable the team to deliver consistently and with quality

  • Lead and manage cross functional projects leading to program thought leadership and gathering insights to build our product roadmap

  • Drive strong cross-functional coordination across verticals to align on priorities and resolve bottlenecks before they compound

  • Translate strategic direction from founders into concrete plans with clear ownership, timelines, and quality standards and hold the team accountable to them

  • Build a high-performing team by mentoring, and supporting leads to consistently deliver their goals in alignment with organizational priorities

  • Be anchor for quality and intent across the team's outputs by building the culture and feedback loops that improve the quality of the team's output

Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in large scale project management

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading large, diverse, cross-functional teams with genuine accountability for performance, outcomes, and coordination

Characteristics

  • Builder mindset, comfortable operating without a rigid structure, while creating clarity and direction for the team around them

  • Proven ability to build systems and processes from scratch in ambiguous, under-structured environments

  • Close proximity to education, SEL, or government school programs strongly preferred

  • Strong project management capability across multiple complex and parallel workstreams

  • Exposure to program delivery in government partnership or large-scale implementation contexts
