Strengthen our capacity-building efforts and improve program quality through design and delivery of high-quality training experiences for teachers, school leaders, government stakeholders, and internal team.

Role Expectations

*All the below-mentioned tasks will be key to your specific role. The following requirements are not mentioned in order of priority.

  • Ensure engaging and effective training is conducted that empowers and excites the teacher to implement the program.

  • Support the design, adaptation, and continuous improvement of training content, facilitation plans, learning materials, and participant resources across different states and contexts.

  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for teachers, school leaders, government stakeholders, and field teams.

  • Prepare training logistics, materials, and resources required for smooth execution of workshops and capacity-building initiatives.

  • Conduct classroom visits, observations, and field engagements to understand implementation realities and incorporate learnings into training design.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to teachers and field teams to strengthen implementation quality after training.

  • Gather participant feedback, training data, and observations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with curriculum, program, and monitoring teams to ensure alignment between training content, program goals, and implementation needs.

  • Support the development of training reports, documentation, case studies, and knowledge resources.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, teaching, capacity building, or education programs.

  • Experience working with schools, teachers, government stakeholders, or community-based programs is preferred.

  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Brings a learning mindset and openness to feedback.

  • Is comfortable travelling extensively for field-based work.

  • Has an interest in education, teacher development, and child wellbeing.
