This position offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement. The selected candidate will be based in California within one of the designated service areas: Los Angeles, San Diego, Inland Empire, Ventura, Antelope Valley, or Fresno. This role is dedicated to supporting overflow and special recruitment needs across all regions.

How You Will Make an Impact
The Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruiting and provide the highest level of talent acquisition services for the organization and clients. This Position will assist Hiring Managers in proactively locating the best possible candidate pool to fill positions and to ensure quality candidates are available in a timely manner.

- Perform administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting (job posting, application screening, interview scheduling, candidate selection review, job offer and start)
- Work with hiring managers to fill open positions within designated time periods
- Maintain the applicant tracking system
- Review, process, and track Hiring Requisitions
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit
- Place job advertisements and close job postings following requisition timeline
- Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit candidates
- Maintain online recruiting resources with current organization branding/logo, contact information, benefits, non-discrimination notice
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the Organization, clients and the position to candidates (include Department background, job description, and expectation-setting)
- Prescreen applicants; prepare and issue eligibility lists
- Create, enhance and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval
- Provide Hiring Managers with guidance and support on interviewing procedures
- Handle scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Organize and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
- Assist management with revisions and updates to recruitment operating procedures
- Send notifications of non-selection to non-selected candidates
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of the Organizations approved compensation schedules
- Participate in job fairs and industry related career events; coordinate events with hiring managers
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates including colleges and universities
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Organizational leadership, hiring managers, vendors
- Interact with People Services team members to support pre-employment and onboarding
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques
- Stay informed of general organizational and client programs and people initiatives
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Participate in meetings and trainings
