Job Title: Senior Associate Partnership

Location: Pune

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Sr. Associate – Partnerships. The primary focus of this role will be to promote the Health Happiness Platform, an AI-based health and wellness platform, and build strong relationships with organisations, institutions, and other stakeholders.The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people, conducting presentations and demonstrations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The role requires someone who can take initiative, manage outreach activities, and support partnership-building efforts

Key Responsibilities:

Health Happiness Platform Promotion (80%)

  • Promote the Health Happiness Platform across different sectors and communities.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and live demonstrations of the platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with organisations, institutions, and partners.
  • Coordinate stakeholder onboarding and engagement activities.
  • Support workshops, orientation sessions, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and communication with stakeholders.
  • Track outreach activities and maintain reports and documentation.
  • Contribute to marketing and visibility efforts for the platform.

Partnerships & Coordination (20%)

  • Support partnership development and stakeholder coordination.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, concept notes, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and communication.
  • Support events, meetings, and collaborative initiatives with partners.

About Lend A Hand India : Lend A Hand India (LAHI) is a leading national Think Tank/NGO with over 20 years of experience in strengthening India’s skill and vocational education ecosystem. LAHI works closely with 20+ State and UT governments through long-term partnerships, providing technical advisory and Project Management Unit (PMU) support to drive systemic reforms. In Uttar Pradesh, LAHI partners with the Directorate of Training (DTE) and the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) to support large-scale improvements in ITIs, skill education curriculum, assessments, certification, and policy implementation .

Requirements

Minimum Experience & Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, marketing, coordination, business development, or related roles preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and conducting meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Interest in health, wellness, education, AI, or social impact sectors will be preferred
