Job Title: Senior Associate - Illustrator & Educational Visual Designer

Position Overview:
To turn concepts, processes and practical knowledge into clear, accurate and reusable educational visuals for students, teachers and trainers.
This role combines illustration with instructional visual communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create illustrations for student resources, teacher guides, training materials and digital content.
- Develop step-by-step visuals for practical activities, processes, tools and equipment.
- Create diagrams, process maps, infographics, icons and instructional graphics.
- Develop safety visuals and correct/incorrect practice illustrations.
- Work with writers and instructional designers to understand the learning purpose of each visual.
- Work with technical experts to ensure processes, tools and practices are accurately represented.
- Develop editable visual assets that can be adapted across states and languages.
- Design visuals suitable for print, mobile, LMS, presentations and video.
- Represent students, teachers, practitioners and different forms of work respectfully and without stereotypes.
- Maintain reusable visual libraries, source files and consistency across resource families.
- Revise visuals based on technical review and user feedback.
