Job Title: Full Stack Developer - (Senior Associate / Officer)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of relevant experience who are interested in building reliable, scalable software solutions and contributing to technology-driven projects in the education and social sector.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will support the implementation, development, management, and maintenance of technology projects in collaboration with the Education Department, Gujarat. You will contribute to the development of software solutions across the backend and frontend, using technologies such as Python/NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation, management, and maintenance of technology projects while working closely with the Education Department, Gujarat.
- Collaborate with team members, project managers (PMs), and state leads, on technology projects.
- Support the design and delivery of software solutions by providing technical assistance.
- Contribute to business process improvements related to technical applications and systems development.
- Work diligently to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Interact with cross-functional teams and end-users to understand and establish project requirements.
- Learn and follow engineering best practices, technology trends, tools, and frameworks.
- Undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the organization.
