Job Purpose
We are looking for a qualified Telesales Representative to help generate sales for the company. You will close sales over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.
You will report to the Telesales Team Lead. The role is an onsite one in Kampala.
Main Responsibilities
Tele-selling: You will call our existing customers to upgrade them to televisions and other products which we have to offer
Conversation objectives: You will ensure the campaign achieves its conversions and sales goals.
Quality objectives: You will ensure the quality of calling follows the set quality standards
Productivity Objectives: You will adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity.
Incumbent Requirements
Have a good academic qualification Certificate, diploma, and above
Have BPO Industry/Call center industry experience
Be passionate and good at sales
Have excellent skills in communication
Be convincing and experienced in persuasion
Conversant with basic working tools: Outlook and Microsoft Office
Be result-oriented and self-driven
