We are looking for a Field Sales Manager - Obafemi Owode to join our Sales Team; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

Expertise

We are looking for a self-driven individual with strong sales acumen and the ability to manage field-based teams to achieve and surpass performance targets. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in mentorship, data analysis, and strategic planning, ensuring operational efficiency and team growth.

You should have a solid background in customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Pidgin. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong presentation abilities, and a process-oriented mindset are essential to thrive in this role.
