We are looking for a Technical Testing Manager to join our Supply Chain Department; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
Ensuring optimal customer experience, you will lead the Ready for Sale (RFS) process, drive phone testing, analyze bug root causes, and oversee firmware implementation across markets. As a key technical expert, you will build and test new processes, manage phone configurations with locking systems, and provide documentation and training while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about phone testing, quality assurance, and process optimization. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ensuring that all devices meet the highest Ready for Sale (RFS) standards while identifying and resolving bug root causes efficiently.
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of firmware testing and phone configurations with locking systems, and the ability to pull logs for bug escalations. Experience in performance testing, process documentation, and training is essential, as you will be expected to develop and refine testing protocols that improve overall product quality.
If you have at least three years of experience in QA, testing, and phone configuration, along with excellent communication and leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
