Role Overview
As a Clinical Project Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting and executing high-impact projects within mDoc. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless project operations, managing stakeholder communication, and contributing to clinical content development and training. You’ll work cross-functionally with both internal teams and external partners, funders, corporate organizations, and more.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong coordination, communication, and critical thinking skills. A background in healthcare is essential, along with a comfort level using technology to support project delivery. As with most roles in a fast-paced startup, adaptability and initiative are key.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning and execution across multiple health-focused initiatives.
Collaborate with the manager and leadership team to align projects with organizational strategy.
Lead and document daily team huddles, ensuring alignment and clarity on priorities.
Create and manage project materials including presentations, SOPs, curriculum, training content, and quality assessment tools.
Develop and manage clinical education materials and schedules for virtual and in-person training sessions.
Coordinate project logistics with external partners and stakeholders, including for tele-education and community outreach programs.
Use Jira and other tech platforms to plan, manage, and monitor complex project timelines and deliverables.
Analyze project data to extract insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Track project budgets, draft financial reports, and assist with budget planning and review.
Compile and distribute regular project updates and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, taking clear minutes and following up on action items.
Participate in fieldwork, community engagement, and on-site activities as needed to ensure project effectiveness.
