Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related field.
2–4 years experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
Proven ability to create, schedule, and analyze content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook).
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Ability to track engagement metrics and adjust strategy based on insights.
Creative mindset with strong understanding of brand tone and audience engagement.
(Preferred but not mandatory): Experience in healthcare or impact-driven organizations.
