Job Description

The Lead, Communications & Marketing drives the mDoc’s strategic communication, branding, and marketing initiatives to strengthen its position as a trusted leader in digital healthcare. The role focuses on storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and brand visibility that reflect the organization’s mission to improve access to healthcare through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals and healthcare impact objectives.

  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

  • Lead digital marketing, social media, and public relations campaigns that promote the company’s products, partnerships, and initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong media, partner, and stakeholder relationships to enhance brand reputation.

  • Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes to ensure ROI-driven initiatives.

  • Provide communication support for executive leadership, including speeches, press releases, and event representation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and People teams to communicate success stories and impact.

  • Lead and mentor the Communications & Marketing team to drive creativity and accountability.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in communications, brand, or marketing leadership roles.

  • Proven success in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, preferably in healthcare, technology, or social impact sectors.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and brand storytelling.
