The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting the mDoc’s digital healthcare solutions and driving adoption among members, healthcare providers, and partner organizations. This role involves identifying prospects, developing client relationships, and converting leads into long-term users or clients. The position requires a proactive, goal-driven professional who can communicate the value of technology-enabled healthcare services with confidence and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and engage potential members, clinics, hospitals, and corporate organizations.
- Promote our digital healthcare products, services, and subscription plans to new and existing clients.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with members and stakeholders.
- Provide consistent after-sales support and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Gather member feedback to help improve products and service offerings.
3. Reporting & Collaboration
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align efforts on lead generation and user engagement campaigns.
- Maintain accurate data within CRM or sales tracking tools.
4. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends to guide strategy.
- Contribute ideas for improving sales approaches and promotional materials.
