The Role

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about lead generation, sales operations and processes by working closely with the Sales Manager and other commercial team members. You will develop a strong foundation in SaaS sales, with a focus on documentation, CRM management, and business development.

You will be based in the Netherlands and will work with our team in our Amsterdam Office. You will report to the Sales Manager in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Intern has the following areas of work and responsibilities:

• Build account lists and document account-based strategy, through secondary research and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Compile documentation on industry and domain findings to support the commercial team (we use GSuite and Notion).
• Help maintain data integrity and reporting within Hubspot.
• Support relevant, ad-hoc projects across the sales function as needed, in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate has/is

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work methodically.
• Growth mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
• A background or interest in sustainability, agriculture or technology.
• Research/investigative skills is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
