Position Description
mPharma is seeking a diligent Business Analyst Intern to undertake analytical responsibilities within our Franchise healthcare division. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and analyze vast amounts of ordering and inventory data, helping to drive decisions that optimize our data accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight. The preferred candidate will possess a background in finance, proficiency in Excel analysis, and exemplary communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate ordering data for supply chain.
- Assist in deriving inventory management slow movers and moving showing where to allocate them.
- Conduct quantitative analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Creating approved orders in the system.
- Help streamline data processes and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide support for special projects as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- collecting, cleaning, and analyzing financial data to derive actionable insights.

- Has the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing, or have recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Prior internship or coursework related to data analysis and finance is a plus.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Kenya fulltime.
Note: This is a 6-month contract internship program renewable based on organizational needs.
