Position Description

mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as a Delivery Pharmacy Manager. This job entails building and managing mPharma’s in-house delivery pharmacy to handle dispensations to patients on Mutti. This role reports directly to the Retail Operations Lead-Zambia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to efficiently manage the in-house delivery pharmacy operations in collaboration with the retail operations lead.
  • Ensure accurate dispensation of medications to patients enrolled in the Mutti program.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock control of pharmaceuticals in the delivery pharmacy.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications to patients.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care.
  • Offer clinical counseling to patients through our call center.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage insurance partners and customers/patients.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Ensure the growth and sustainability of our delivery services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Pharm. or Pharm. Diploma degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college/university
  • Current HPCZ Practicing License.
  • At least 2 years experience working in a Retail Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy.
